This property is located in Almanzora, village where all amenities are found, around 5 minutes’ drive to Albox, more commercial town and approximately 40 minutes from the coast of Almeria. The house benefits from a garden with gravel, lovely views of the Almanzora river and orange and lemon orchards. There is a covered porch with a seating area at the front of the property. Entering the property there is a hallway that lead to two bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning. Continuing the hallway is the dining room that benefits from a burning fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen. Continuing towards the back of the house is a fully renovated shower room and another room for any use required. From the hallway there is access to a covered terrace with an amazing bar area. From that area there is also access to an interior courtyard with access to a solarium with barbecue on the first floor with incredible views. The first floor is accessed through the dining room. A hallway leads to the master bedroom with air conditioning. Next to it there is a spacious shower room. After, is a spacious lounge with a wood burning fireplace and large windows to enjoy the views over the river and valley. At the first floor there is also access to a patio at the rear of the property with plenty space and a well maintained garden. This area can be also accessed through an iron gate.
